Health & Safety For Your Furry Friend

All guests must be current on their regular vaccinations including rabies, distemper, parainfluenza, parvovirus, and adenovirus. We also require our guests to have the Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine. Vaccines must be current within the year or at least a minimum of 7 days prior to boarding. No dog will be admitted without proof of his/her vaccines.

In the event that your dog becomes ill while staying at the kennel, we will make arrangements to take your pet to their own regular veterinarian. However, in the event of an untimely emergency or if your own regular veterinarian is not available, your dog will be taken to a local emergency animal hospital or local veterinarian. Owners are fully responsible for any costs incurred by the Dog’s Inn in treating and/or hospitalizing your pet.

We have a strict lock-down policy. All exterior doors to the kennel are locked at all times, The kennel runs are surrounded by a 6 ft wrought iron fencing. We currently do not have a leash-free zone. Dogs do not physically interact with non-family dogs. This eliminates the risk of injuries between non-family dogs.
